Can I return my shoes or bag?
Yes! We want you to love your purchase so if they don’t work out you can return within 30 days. Please try shoes on inside. Heavily worn shoes can not be returned.
Will the shoes fit my wide foot?
Yes, but you will need to order our wides. We offer wide widths now in some colors. Our wides will fit a C-D. Our wide shoes won't work for E widths.
Will your shoes fit my narrow foot?
Our current production runs are medium widths. If you have a slightly narrow foot, the BENDY will fit you. If you are an AA or AAA narrow BENDY will not work for you.
Will they fit my high instep?
Yes, the best pattern for high insteps will be the Cushy. It fits lower on the instep than the Bendy.
Are your shoes good for bunions?
Yes, they are a good choice if you have bunions. We don't include any hard reinforcements or glues in our shoe which can sometime cause irritation and pressure against bunions. Plus our leather is supple and that conforms to the shape of your foot so our shoe will not constrict or cause foot pain or damage to bunions.
Do your shoes allow for orthotics?
Yes, you can use orthotics. Some people wear them on top of our footbed and some take them out, depending on the type of orthotics you have.
Do your shoes have arch support?
Our footbed supports the arch very well. Our cushioned, thick footbed is made of slow recovery foam so the ball and the heel of your foot compress when you step down. This creates a natural arch between the ball and heel to support your particular foot shape.
